INTRODUCTION: IONOSPHERIC CLIMATE MODIFICATION TECHNOLOGIES
The Ionospheric Climate Modification (ICM) Technologies allow for seasonal regulation of atmospheric processes within a pre-defined area dictated by the client Government or Corporation, by transferring wetted air masses from over-wetted areas to arid regions to ensure the long-term, even permanent, presence of additional moisture in arid regions in order to maintain a given climate regime.
This unique ICM Technology, that generates water resources of atmospheric origin, resolves many of the environmental issues caused by fresh water shortages, both in the short-term as well as long-term; to prevent, stop and even more importantly reverse the degradation of terrestrial as well as aquatic ecosystems by;
• Delivering rainfall, up to 50% above seasonal norm, within a pre-determined area
• Replenishing of aquifers and reservoirs with fresh natural water
• Restoring River, Canal and Lake levels with fresh natural water
• Reviving drought burdened agricultural land, grassland and forests with natural rainfall
The benefits of provision of water resources of atmospheric origin via the ICM technologies we offer are;
• Initial results visible within 2-3 months.
• Revive and replenish the groundwater/reservoirs within 2-3 years.
• Water security completely secured, in the pre-determined area, within 5-7 years.
ABILITIES OF IONOSPHERIC CLIMATE MODIFICATION TECHNOLOGIES:
• Increase the precipitation within the dry season
• Decrease the precipitation within the wet monsoon season
• Replenishing of reservoirs with fresh natural rainwater
• Regulation of natural sewage/natural run-off processes in river basins
• Regulate the groundwater level within a predetermined territory/region
• Reduction of groundwater salinity
• Change the level of humidity of the soil
• Extinguishing forest and peat fires
• Elimination of elements that generate Dust (Sand) Storms
• Preventing landfall of atmospheric tsunamis, cyclones, tornadoes and hurricanes
• Combating atmospheric air pollution
• Levelling of seasonal temperature contrasts
The ICM Technologies has successfully delivered Ionospheric Modification provision in the UAE, Iran, India (Mumbai State), and other countries since 2007 – full data and meteorological imagery on file at head office and available on request.
Dr. Qamar uz Zaman Chaudhry, International Climate Change Specialist at the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) provided a report concluding with a positive recommendation following a review of the ICM technologies on behalf of the Balochistan Government in June 2018.
Ionospheric Climate Modification (ICM) Technology is safe and ecologically friendly, the technology does not use any chemical components and is fully reversible.
Use of the ICM technology completely compensates for the negative impact on the climatic processes caused by anthropogenic impact on the environment.
The Integrated ICM technological solutions allow for the climatic characteristics within a predefined territory/region and to increase precipitation, regulate groundwater levels, eliminate the causes of dust storms, tornadoes, and also levelling of seasonal temperature contrasts to a comfortable level within the pre-defined area (territory) by;
- REGULATION OF THE LEVEL OF RAINFALL:
• Raising the amount of rainfall up to 50% in the arid season in a pre-determined area
• Decrease in precipitation during heavy rainfall period in a pre-determined area
• Ensuring the required amount of precipitation in a given area within a defined time interval
• Changing in average levels of precipitation in a pre-determined area.
• Filling of reservoirs with fresh natural water
The provision of additional inflow of moisture into the arid regions of the country is carried out by the transfer of wetted masses of air, which will increase precipitation in arid areas by 150-300 mm a year and eliminate water scarcity for household, agricultural and industrial needs of regions/territories that suffer from water scarcity
- REGULATION OF SEASONAL TEMPERATURE CONTRASTS:
• Changing the maximum and the average temperature in any given territory
• Change the temperature of the environment (up to 5-10 Celsius degrees)
• Balance of seasonal and territorial weather and temperature contrasts to a comfortable level
• Change the level of humidity of the air
Regulation of seasonal temperature contrasts ensure a year-round beach season in tourist areas, which will lead to further development of the tourism sector as well as have a positive impact on the entire agricultural sector, and will significantly improve the efficiency of the entire economy of countries, suffering from water scarcity
- REGULATION OF PROCESSES OF NATURAL RUN OFF & SEWAGE IN RIVER BASINS:
• Increasing precipitation in the basins of the largest river regions during the dry season
• Decreasing of precipitation in the basins of the largest rivers during the wet/monsoon season
Principal sources of pollutants entering the water environment are drainage misconnections and urban runoff. It is not always easy to identify the source of this type of pollution or those responsible.
Establishing control of polluting activities is not always possible, however utilising ICM technologies can drastically reduce pollution and the negative effects in order to protect the localised aquatic environment.
- REGULATION OF GROUNDWATER LEVEL:
• Rise of groundwater level
• Reduction of groundwater salinity
• Change the level of humidity of the soil
Demand for groundwater increases proportionately to the population level and the available water resources. Technological solutions allow the restoration of the required level of groundwater in the
regions/territories suffering from water scarcity.
- COMBATING ATMOSPHERIC AIR POLLUTION:
• Change the strength and direction of prevailing winds
The technological solutions allow to effectively combat pollution of atmospheric air by transferring air masses over long distances.
For example, the air quality index in Beijing reaches up to 288 compared to 66 in London and represents a serious danger to the health and welfare of the capital’s population. The ICM technological solutions allow changing the strength and direction of prevailing winds and replacing polluted air masses with clean atmospheric air above the industrial cities of the countries or over a defined territory.
- COMBATING FOREST, GRASSLAND AND PEAT FIRES:
• Prevention of forest and grassland fires
• Prevention of peat fires
Technological solutions effectively combat forest, grassland and peat fires, providing the required amount of precipitation over forest areas, grasslands and peat fields.
- FLOOD PREVENTION:
In addition to providing fresh natural water of atmospheric origin, the ICM Technology also has the ability to dissipate extreme weather anomalies, such as landfall of atmospheric tsunamis, cyclones, tornadoes and hurricanes to prevent severe flooding etc.
COMPLIANCE:
Innovative “Climate Modification Technology (ICM)” fully complies with The Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD), formally the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification, which is one of the main UN documents prohibiting its participants from military or any other hostile influence on the environment, through the deliberate management of natural processes in the biosphere, hydrosphere, the Earth’s atmosphere, and near-Earth space.
